Our training programme is built on decades of experience delivering specialist sexual violence services in London. We offer specialist training to statutory and voluntary agencies, businesses and companies.
We work with you to meet your specific training needs, so your organisation and workforce are equipped to support the survivors who come to you.
RCSL is a proud member of the CPD Certification Service, reflecting our commitment to high training standards.
WHO WE WORK WITH
-
Our training is discussion-based and aims to help professionals engage honestly with the realities of sexual violence for survivors. Rather than a one-way lecture, sessions are built around conversation, questions and real scenarios, so that what's learned actually sticks and translates into practice.
We understand that survivors may be present in any training group, and we take our responsibility to be trauma-informed seriously. This shapes how we structure every session, from the language we use to the way we handle disclosures in the room. Support is available to anyone who needs a confidential space to talk, before, during or after training, and no one is ever expected to share more than they're comfortable with.
-
We also offer consultancy to help your organisation shape its policies, processes and internal training around sexual violence and harassment. Whether you're building something from scratch or reviewing what's already in place, we can work alongside you to make sure it reflects real best practice, not just a tick-box exercise. This might include reviewing existing policies, delivering staff training, or advising on how to respond when something is disclosed to you.
Please get in touch to discuss how we can support you and your team.
-
Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics, from planning to problem-solving, whatever stage your organisation is at. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth. It's a chance to talk things through with someone who understands the sector, ask the questions you haven't had space to ask elsewhere, and leave with a clear sense of direction rather than more open questions.
