ADULT
COUNSELLING
age 25+
Our adult counselling service supports women and girls who have experienced sexual violence and who live, work, or experienced that violence in South London. We're here for survivors of all ethnicities, religions, cultures and backgrounds.
Our approach is designed to help you rebuild your life. We focus on growing your resilience and giving you tools to cope with trauma's lasting effects, helping you recognise your own strengths and choices, and understand the wider impact of issues like sexism and patriarchy.
