ADULT

COUNSELLING

age 25+

Our adult counselling service supports women and girls who have experienced sexual violence and who live, work, or experienced that violence in South London. We're here for survivors of all ethnicities, religions, cultures and backgrounds.

Our approach is designed to help you rebuild your life. We focus on growing your resilience and giving you tools to cope with trauma's lasting effects, helping you recognise your own strengths and choices, and understand the wider impact of issues like sexism and patriarchy.

Your journey with us

1.Start your
referral

Complete a referral through the London Survivors Gateway, or call 0808 801 0860 for guidance and support.

The Gateway phone line is open Monday 9am–5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am–7pm, Wednesday 9:30am–3:30pm, and Friday 9am–3pm.

2.PERSONAL COUNSELLING

Once referred, our counsellors provide dedicated, one-to-one support to help you work through the emotional impact of sexual violence and abuse.

3.ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

After one-to-one counselling, you'll have the opportunity to join a peer support group for continued support.

Our support is integrative, empowering and trauma-informed.
